How to set up program before editing
Before you even go start any programs you have to log on using the room's log on it is username: mediaa, Password:mediaa, we use logins like this so we can protect the specific work from other people who may also use the required computer you are using
First of all you must have your footage that you wish to use for the project onto your computer from an SD card or any other drive you had stored the footage on. Make sure you put the footage onto the computer in a folder on the movies section of the documents also make sure the folder is named correctly and has three separate folders inside of the folder for footage, audio and sound.
Next you have to click on and startup Adobe Premier Pro. Click on start new project and then name the project. The program will start up and be ready to go.

usually all effects are usually in place and ready to be found via search bar but if not the panels needed for effects and other things, can be found in windows and the particular tool can be dragged down to the effects panel.

The footage can be found of the SD card or any other drive from on local drives folder in Premier Pro, the footage will be in the DCMI Folder

Next you will have to upload your footage; The footage can be found of the SD card or any other drive from on local drives folder in Premier Pro, the footage will be in the DCMI Folder to do organise the footage , first of all you must click on upload, then you have to go to movies and the folder which you had named after your project click on the desired footage, audio and sound  you want to put onto the project, rename footage and audio we do this so we can differ between what footage we want to use, usually from the good and the bad and to know what your uploading to the project off course do this after you have watched or listened to when this done you will be ready to put footage into the program and start cutting and editing footage.
